What can I do about this situation LEGALLY?

In April, my friend Rylen turned against me because I disaproved of what she was going to do in the limo for prom that I would be riding in. Rylen and her friend bullied me so bad that I had to drop out of high school and now I attend GED classes and will have my GED soon. (I was a junior if that matters). The school tried talking to them and the other girl's (not Rylen's) parents but they all said it was no big deal. My parents even tried talking to the other girl's parents because at the time she was the ringleader. Now being a few months later, this has still not ended. The other girl has let me be but Rylen keeps it going. The only time I have ever contacted her was right after I left school and she had still not deleted my pictures off her facebook and myspace. Then when I had a missed called on my cell phone from the number of the office where her mom works. There is no way someone from that small place randomly called me. I texted her and asked why she called me from her mom's work and still did not respond. About 2 months ago, Rylen came into where I work (a grocery store) with this kid "Joe". They walked through the store and were laughing loudly trying to get me to notice them. They stood in my line for a minute then left. Today they showed up again. They were laughing again the whole time. They walked up and down every aisle then stood in the produce section just staring at me while I was bagging for another cashier. They walked by the lane I was bagging for and ducked down and put their hoodies over their head. Then when they were done cashing out at the only other available register besides the one I was at, they came right behind where I was laughing and talked about me loudly. They were standing right by the lotto machines, the boy is old enough to buy the tickets but Rylen's only eighteen. When they were leaving they yelled BYE COURTNEY! and some other stuff I couldn't make out. I was afraid to go to my car and leave work. Now I am afraid to go back to work tommorow. I am afraid she'll hurt me. I do not go to Rylen's work (a sports store) even when I don't see her car there just to make sure we don't run into each other. I can't sleep tonight and I'm just a nervous wreck. Tommorow my parents are taking me to the police to see what we can do legally or if they will warn her to stay away. What do you think I'll be able to do? Harassment charges? Order of Protection?

My professor once said --harassment occurs when the environment between two people is no longer comfortable -- now, in your case, i'd say you're the one whose at the bottom of this mishap. try to contact the police and tell them everything that's happened-- and if she ever shows her face again -- you could ask for a court order that she cannot come near you within 50 meters or so --- but of course you have to prove to the police and the court that she is harassing you --get your co-workers to testify -- does the grocery store have a monitoring camera? you could use that as well ---if she comes there without buying anything then that's a plus point for you on court... just remember to watch your back all the time because you'll never know the extent of her anger or revenge...

Either way, why would you want to risk a valuable or pricey bag in a washing machine that could (and likely would) damage your bag? Take it to a reputable dry cleaner and have them verify that they can do the job. Talk to the manager, not just a clerk. Inspect it together, and inspect it again when they are done.
